Putting EOS Initiatives Into Action

Over the past few years, we’ve noticed a lot of companies–including many of our clients–going through the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) program. Having recently begun our own EOS journey at Westwerk, we know the process intimately and are big fans of what it can do. As such, however, we also know that once you’ve completed EOS, figuring out exactly what to do next can be a little daunting.

Defining new service offerings, creating efficiencies and identifying new audience segments are a great first step in improving your bottom line, but if you don’t know how to translate those changes into your digital presence or develop messaging that will resonate with each demographic, you’ll end up spinning your wheels. The key to getting real-life results out of EOS is to not lose momentum once the formal process concludes.

As a result of going through the program, a number of different things could happen: your business could be totally restructured from a personnel standpoint, your internal sales and marketing processes may change, you might decide to shift your focus to newer or fewer services or product offerings, you may identify new audiences or consumers to go after, you might rebrand and realign your internal company on core values and mission–the list goes on and on. Whatever the change is, you should make sure that you have a toolbox of skills (or trusted vendors) available to help you leverage your EOS findings and turn them into actionable changes and solutions.

That’s where Westwerk comes in. From branding that reflects your core values to a website that broadcasts them to the world, we know how to guide you through the critical post-EOS phase. As part of our process, we conduct in-depth discovery sessions for our clients that help you understand exactly who your audiences are, how best to communicate with them and what channels are the most effective for getting your messaging across.
